Bike Messengers' Alleycat Race on 43rd Street

In many cities they hold fairly regular urban cycle races known as "alleycats". These informal races are held on open roads and in heavy traffic, to simulate the messenger's working conditions. The authorities are not notified.

This one, held on a hot summer night, had a waypoint on 43nd street, off Times Square. All riders had to get their manifest stamped by 'JunJun' or Richard.
